Allison Jordan is the Assistant Director of the SBWP, and she works as an academic advisor/interventionist/instructional coach for Merrill Middle and High Schools. She has been involved with SBWP since 2010, when she took her first four-week institute. What she loves the most about the SBWP is the learning that comes from being with teachers who are passionate about improving student writing. “Being a member fuels your mind and your spirit,” says Allison. “It makes you a better instructor and a better person.”
